Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. You can cancel your session up to 72 hours in advance and receive a full refund. If you need to reschedule, you can change your appointment time up to 24 hours before the session, but please note that this change can only be made once. If these guidelines are followed, your payment will be fully refunded or applied to the new appointment time as appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
